Simon Simons - Owner & CEO
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business, major in Hospitality Management
Simon Simons comes with a many years of experience in the hospitality industry, as an owner and manager of many businesses including a catering equipment dealer.
Professional Manager with 20+ year track record in the hospitality and wholesale/retail services industries. Extensive experience in selecting and purchasing catering equipment for his own businesses and for others. Simon has business relationships with many suppliers and in-depth knowledge of many brands of catering equipment. He has travelled to many manufacture’s facilities, both here and overseas including; Italy, Germany, Spain and China
Tony Peterson - Senior Consultant & Chef
Qualifications: Bachelor of commerce
Tony Peterson has over 20 years experience in the food manufacturing and food service industry having worked in the hospitality businesses in many sectors; bakery, bar, restaurant, and hotel sectors.
Tony can provide solutions to issues such as warewash sanitization, compliance, equipment and work flow efficiency. Working for Food Equipment Suppliers and manufacturers of food service equipment, Tony is am able to combine his experience with the latest cutting edge technology in warewashing, cooking and food processing equipment to bring genuine cost, labour, and environmental savings to organisations from the smallest cafe to the largest clubs, hotels, and institutions.
Peta Johansson - Consultant & Chef
Qualifications: Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP)
Tony Peterson has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. A Qualified Chef & Sales background in the foodservice industry.
Sales experience with a demonstrated history of working in the business supplies and equipment industry. Strong with kitchen operations.
Worked as a Principal Kitchen Consultant at one of Australia’s kitcehn consultancy firms. A Planner & Cloud Kitchen Specialist. Peta along with our team can help with Builders and Architects in designing back of the house for Hospitality projects. Being a Hospitality consultant Peta has emerged as a Corporate Commercial Kitchen Planner and designed kitchens for major hotels and restaurant groups and small businesses.
